Each botanical within this tea blend will work together to promote a healthy digestion. From start to finish, this blend will assist in breaking down the bloat while soothing our entire digestive tract. Best to be enjoyed slowly after meals.

Key Ingredients:

Peppermint is a well known digestive herb, which will work to stimulate digestion while relaxing any tension in the smooth muscle that lines our digestive tract.
Ginger a warming botanical. This warmth helps improve our digestion + the movement of food through our digestive tract. It is one of the best known herbs for alleviating nausea.

Fennel due to its antispasmodic and carminative properties, fennel is often used as a digestive aid. Relaxing the smooth muscle within our digestive tract helping to improve of digestive function.

Marshmallow Root is known for its demulcent properties, which will relieve any irritation to our mucus membranes which includes our digestive tract. It is helpful for both diarrhea and constipation. Marshmallow root also provides our gut with prebiotics.

Directions:
1 teaspoon per 250ml of hot water. Steep covered for 3-5 minutes.
